The Insulation new build division of Kershaw Insulation completed its second project in Northamptonshire for niche housing developer, Grace Homes. With a reputation for building high quality, distinctive homes, they are known for creating bright, open living spaces on larger than average plots, and take the time to source a superior standard of materials, and internal fixtures and fittings.
The first contract with Grace Homes was to install insulation into 28, two-storey houses on the White Lodge Farm development in Burton Latimer. For each property, this comprised the installation of premium performance, Kingspan Kooltherm insulation products: K7 pitched roof board into the sloping ceilings and K12 framing board into the flat roof above the integral garage; and mineral fibre acoustic roll into the partition walls. The second contract covered a further 26 houses at Old School Avenue in Oundle, a mix of 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes occupying the site of a former hunting lodge, which will be insulated to the same specification.
